We provide an experience to our travelers to have the most amazing time with us on our private tours. We are glad to be fair about what we offer and how we work with travelers, suppliers and our team. Our journey speaks for itself – since 2005 we have taken thousands of travelers on city tours, side trips as well as food tours and the feedback from past travelers has been 100% positive.
We will always try to be as flexible as possible. We don’t want any of our guests to experience anything negative during our experiences. A case of robbery or food poisoning would be a disaster, so we do our best to avoid anything like that happening. Since we started our experiences in 2005, our travelers have never been robbed and we have never had any reports of food poisoning from any of our travelers). However, no one can entirely avoid the chances of accidents, crime, food poisoning or other issue – by joining us on an experience you are agreeing that we cannot be held liable in the unlikely event of any such thing occurring.
